"It's okay to be brave and afraid at the same time."
—Brené Brown
Megan began practicing in 2012 to find physical strength after a back injury and quickly discovered the powerful benefits yoga has on the body, mind, and spirit. As a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher, she takes a playful approach to encourage students to show up for themselves and step out of their comfort zone in their journey to find peace. She uses her background in psychology to create classes designed to help students cultivate mindfulness techniques to find personal growth both on and off their mats. When she is not in the studio you can find her brewery hopping with friends, trying to figure out how to not kill her houseplants, and planning detailed itineraries for future vacations.
