Deepen MY Practice Series

Dive deeper into the holistic practice of yoga and cultivate your relationship with yourself in the Deepen MY Practice intensive series. In this 3-part series of weekend workshops, students will pursue the 8-limbed path of yoga as a lifestyle.

This course includes study of poses (asana), breath work (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana)--as well as the philosophy of yoga. You will explore an array of yoga techniques and practices, including yoga nidra and restorative/yin yoga.

Cost of the program includes manual and journal. Required reading is not included. Unlimited Members receive a 20% discount, and all Members receive a 10% discount. The full tuition must be paid before completion of the program.

Is this a yoga teacher training program?

This is not a teacher training program, but if you're interested in teaching, it's a great first step!

Can I attend just one weekend?

This comprehensive program is designed to integrate experiences and learnings from each session into the next. For this reason, participants should plan to attend all sessions.

I've only been practicing yoga for a short time. Can I participate in this program?

Yes! What a great way to dive into the practice of yoga!

I'm already a yoga teacher. Can I take this program for continuing education credits?

Absolutely. The program is facilitated by a Yoga Alliance Certified Continuing Education Provider, and this program provides 24 contact hours and 6 non-contact hours of continuing education credits.

Can I split up the cost of the program over the three months?

Christy Percival is an E-RYT 500 certified yoga instructor and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider who has been teaching for more than a decade in the Triangle area. Midtown Yoga is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance.
