Abrial turned to yoga after she felt stagnant during her first semester of zoom classes in 2020 due to the pandemic. Yoga became a stress reliever for Abrial, learning grounding techniques through breath-work, she began to feel what her body was capable of with increased flexibility. After some time and practice, she finally took a chance on hot yoga and fell in love with the heat and sweat. Abrial completed her RYT 200-hour training in the spring of 2023 with Midtown Yoga. She wants to share her creativity in sequencing to help others connect with their breath while simultaneously dripping sweat in the process. When she’s not doing yoga, this bookworm enjoys getting her hands on a thick novel and watching nostalgic TV shows.
