Part Two: STAND Fearless!

Part two of the MY Inversion and Arm Balance workshop will be designed for you to find your center, face your fear, and learn to rise above your perceived limitations while also incorporating laughter and play.  This week will focus on going upside down on your head, hands, forearms and yes, even your chin! MY Foundations Workshop: Week Two

Taking what we learned in week one, we will continue to expand on the vinyasa and some of the basic and most common poses seen in yoga classes. We will talk about the "edge" and what that means to you. You will have time to experience each pose in your body and feel and learn the rhythm of the breath.
